BATTERY REPLACEMENT-REMOTE CONTROL
1. To replace the existing battery, remove the battery holder.
2. To remove the battery holder, turn remote onto rear side and press the left side lever
towards the center while pulling the battery holder out using the slot provided.
3. Replace existing battery, type CR2025, with a new battery and reinstall the battery
holder into the remote by sliding it into position, as shown:
Safety Cut-Off
This appliance is fitted with a safety cut-off which will operate if the fire overheats (e.g. Due
to blocked air vents). For safety reasons, the fire will NOT automatically reset.
To reset the appliance, disconnect the appliance from the mains supply for at least 15
minutes. Reconnect the supply to the mains and switch on the appliance.
Troubleshooting
Symptom
No operation/ no fan.
No fire effect light.
Cleaning
1. Always disconnect the appliance from the main supply before cleaning.
2. Clean the outside of the heater by wiping with a damp or dry cloth.
3. Do not use petroleum, any other detergent or chemical solvent to clean the heater.
4. When the heater is not used for a long time, it should be protected from dust and stored
in a clean dry place.
