DRIVING SAFETY GUIDANCE
• Do not drive scooter if your weight over 120kgs, otherwise it will caused
fall injuries in the processing of use or more serous accidents. It will caused
Helvei Smartmove Allroad function damage.
• Do not drive scooter if your weight less than 20kgs or it will be out of con-
trol even it will not low down safety or stop when downhills.
• Please keep a safe speed and make you safety, stop Helvei Smartmove All-
road freely.
• Please keep safe distance to avoid collision accidents when driving Helvei
Smartmove Allroad with others together.
• Mind your head by passing obstacles, as 10 cm height will be added auto-
matically on driving.
• Pay attention to the body center of gravity balance doing steering action,
to prevent the barycenter offset or too fast and crashed into a car.
• Do not allow to drive in wet raining road or long distance drawing back,
turning a corner in high speed, or speeding Helvei Smartmove Allroad.
• This product is non medical health equipment. The user should drive it
without other help.
• Do not driven in dark place.
• To avoid driving in the obstacles and smooth surface like snow, slippery
floor.
• To avoid driving on the road of small branches, garbage, gravel.
• Do not drive on narrow spaces or obstruction place.
• Do not suddenly start or stop.

RESETTING THE DEVICE
1. Put the decive on a level surface where the wheels do not make contact with the
ground.
2. Press the Power button for 3-5 seconds until caution lights flashes.
3. Turn Off the scooter and turn On again.
PAIRING YOUR BLUETHOTH DEVICE
To pair with a Bluetooth device follow these steps:
1. Make sure both the Bluetooth function in your device and scooter are turned On.
2. Open the HELVEI APP on your device to connect wirelessly to the speaker.
3. On your device, locate the Bluetooth device list, select "HELVEI Music" from the
list.
Reseting Bluetooth memory. For reset Bluetooth memory reseting the scooter is
needed. Refer to Reseting the Helvei Smartmove Allroad
