8. AUTHORIZED FUEL
Allowed fuel is pellets conforming to the characteristics described
below.
PELLET
Pellet is produced with wood rests from clean wood machining like
sawmills, furniture manufacturing or new wood from forest culture. All
these 100% vegetable materials are dried and pressed into the pellet
form without adding any kind of glue or chemical. We do approve to
be used in our stoves all pellets that satisfy the European regulation
EN 14961-2. All the approved pellets must carry the following logo:
new logo since 2011
WARNING: Use only Ø 6 mm pellets.
Typical specifications for the approved fuel:

9. NON AUTHORIZED FUELS
No other fuel other than pellets should be used.
WARNING: The use of poor pellets that do not
meet the guidelines provided above, damages the
functions of your product and determines the END OF
WARRANTY and the annexed responsibility of the
manufacturer.
When using a low quality fuel the stove could possibly work not
properly and can lead the guarantee to decline and the responsibility
for the product. When burning low quality pellet you will have:
Shorter cleaning intervals, Higher fuel consumption, Lower output,
The glass is getting quickly dirty, The fire pot and the exhaust smoke
connection will clog up rapidly

10. INSTALLATION
The installation of pellet appliances in Italy must be made in
accordance with Italian standard UNI10683 in force at the date of
preparation of this manual. All local, regional, and prescriptive
regulations must also be respected.
N.B .: Installation in bedrooms, bathrooms or showers
is not allowed, and where another heating appliance is
already installed without an independent air flow
(fireplace, stove, etc.). Placement in environments with
an explosive atmosphere is prohibited.
The installation of hydro products must be carried out in a
domestic environment respecting a minimum temperature of not
less than 4 ° C.
Checks to be made beforehand:
- Is the chimney suitable for receiving combustion products (fumes)
compatible with the specifications and characteristics of the
appliance?
- Has the distance from combustible materials been respected?
- Does the back wall of the appliance comply with the regulations in
force and with the requirements of the manufacturer of the appliance?
- Is the outside air in the dimensions indicated and connected to the
appliance?
- Is the floor space sufficient for the weight of the appliance?
11. INTEGRATED FLUE
Some models of pellet fireplaces must be installed as the certification,
check the information on the technical data sheet where the following
wording is shown:
"The homologation test data reported in this sheet were obtained
with 1 piece of 25 cm horizontal smoke channel, 1 T-fitting and 1
meter of vertical smoke channel, installed on the appliance and
considered an integral part.
The chimney and the smoke ducts indicated are considered as an
integral part of the appliance which must therefore be installed with
the rear drain as per the following diagram:
Alternatively, if you want to approach the rear wall, you can install it
with the side fume exhaust, preventing:
• A horizontal T-fitting at the outlet of the fume extractor
• A smoke channel at least 60 cm horizontal
• A vertical T-fitting
• A 1 meter vertical smoke channel
