Reattach the front and the top cover, and reconnect mains .
Lower the wash basin to its lowest position, and then run it to the top position
again to distribute the lubricant .
Also slide the wash basin lifter to its extreme left and right positions .

Check if the cable for the locking
mechanism is too loose . If so,
