VHG SERIES GAS FRYERS
Remove the fine mesh steel assembly from the filter pan and clean daily(or more frequently
as required by your operation). Dissassemble the filter screen assembly by reversing steps
1-3 and removing the insert located inside the filter screen. Do not take the suction tube
apart. Use dishwashing detergent and warm water, (parts are dishwasher safe).

2. Insert suction tube into the
filter screen hole. Align the
threads of the top handle with
the filter screen threads. Gently
turn clockwise until tightened.
Hand tighten only.
3. Gently turn the bottom handle
clockwise until tightened.
Hand tighten only.
