Place the plate on the side of the appliance to collect the slices. The slice thickness can
be adjusted from 1 to 30. After use, always reset the cut thickness to 0.
The slicing machine can be used for meat, bread, vegetables and cheese.
In order to cut it, place the food on the board. Cut the food by sliding the board. To
avoid any risk of injury, always cut the food using the board. When you have fi nished
cutting, always set the safety button to "0".
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Always withdraw the power plug before cleaning.
Never immerse the appliance in water
Before cleaning the appliance, set the cut thickness to "0".
Withdraw the blade of the appliance by using the button located in the centre of the
blade, turning it clockwise and pulling it outwards.
The blade, the food pressure plate and the food board can now be washed and dried.
Take care when handling the very sharp blade. Do not touch the blade with the bare
hands.
You can clean the rest of the appliance with a soft damp cloth and perhaps a mild
detergent.
Do not use any sharp objects for removing dirt.
