1 Product information
1.1 Product description
The MSC 50 speed controllers decelerate the material to be conveyed on gravity conveyors and spiral conveyors,
helping to reduce the speed of products at the sorter terminals.
The contactless operation of the eddy current brake inside the MSC 50 is a simple, efficient, fail-safe, and therefore
reliable, non-wearing solution.
The purely mechanical solution removes the need for cabling or control mechanism.
The PU hose version also slows down critical materials to be conveyed.
At high speeds, the braking effect is amplified.
This does not produce any magnetic emissions.
1.2 Properties
The position in which the MSC 50 is installed is not dependent on direction.
The diameter of the MSC 50 (51 mm without, 54 mm with PU hose) guarantees permanent contact with the material
to be conveyed.
