CAUSE
No voltage
Thermal switch has tripped
Room temperature is too low
Motor winding damaged
Low oil in tank
Oil contaminated
Discharge clogged
Air exhaust filter clogged
Bearings damaged
Vanes worn out
Oil is not the suitable type
Poor room ventilation
Motor fan broken
Wrong power supply to motor
Discharge clogged
High working pressure
(close to atmospheric pressure)
Pump runs hot
Air exhaust filter clogged
Check valve damage (if fitted)
Tank screws or plugs loosened
Tank gaskets damaged
Oil sight glass not tightened

REMEDY
Provide power supply
Identify reason and activate switch
Restore room temperature to allowed
range
Contact Service Department
Top up oil
Change oil
Check couplings at outlet
Change the air exhaust filter
