The following error messages may appear on the display (G) of the device:

Meaning
The cookware that is being
used is not suitable.
There is no cookware on the
hob.
An internal error has
occurred.
The overheating protection
has been activated.
The overvoltage protection
has been activated.
The glass hob (4) has
overheated.
Fix
Use suitable cookware.
Place suitable cookware on
the hob.
Disconnect the device from
the mains power and then
switch it on again. Then try to
switch the device on again.
If the device cannot be
switched on, contact the
customer service department.
Disconnect the device from
the mains power and let it
cool down. Then try to switch
the device on again.
If the device cannot be
switched on, contact the
customer service department.
Disconnect the device from
the mains power. Check
whether the mains voltage
matches the technical data of
the device.
If the device cannot be
switched on after it has been
connected to a suitable plug
socket, contact the customer
service department.
Disconnect the device from
the mains power and let it
cool down. Then try to switch
the device on again.
If the device cannot be
switched on, contact the
customer service department.
