Step 10. Door Panels (A) Height Adjustment
Inside Door Panel (A-1)
1 . Carefully, and with the assistance of another capable adult, remove the inside
door panel (A-1) from the top track (G).
2 . Remove the roller (E-6) and lock washer (E-7), by removing the screw (E-8) from
the lower roller assembly (E).
3 . Re-install the roller (E-6) in one of the 3 hole locations:
a . 1 - to raise the inside door panel (A-1),
b . 2 - factory installed height, or
c . 3 - to lower the inside door panel (A-1).
4 . Carefully, and with the assistance of another capable adult, re-install the inside
door panel (A-1) into the top track (G).
5 . Verify the inside door panel (A-1) is sitting at a good height so that there is good
clearance at the guide block base assembly (N).
6 . Install anti-jump blocks (E-9):
a . Tip the top of the anti-jump blocks (E-9) into the top track (G),
b . Snap the anti-jump block (E-9) onto the roller (E-6) on the lower roller
assemblies (E).
c . Repeat for the other lower roller assembly (E).
Outside Door Panel (A-2)
1 . Carefully, and with the assistance of another capable adult, remove the outside
door panel (A-2) from the top track (G).
2 . Remove the upper roller arm assembly (F-1) from outside door panel (A-2) by
removing the screw (F-5) and the cap (F-8).
3 . Re-install the screw (F-5) and the cap (F-8) in one of the 3 hole locations:
a . 1 - to raise the inside door panel (A-1),
b . 2 - factory installed height, or
c . 3 - to lower the inside door panel (A-1).
4 . Install the anti-jump (F-4) with the two screws (F-3).
5 . Install the lower cap (F-2) onto the upper roller arm assembly (F-1).
6 . Carefully, and with the assistance of another capable adult, re-install the
outside door panel (A-2) into the top track (G).
7 . Verify the outside door panel (A-2) is sitting at a good height so that there is
good clearance at the guide block base assembly (N).
Étape 10. Réglage de la hauteur des portes (A)
Porte intérieure (A-1)
1 . Avec précaution, et avec l'aide d'un autre adulte compétent, décrochez la porte
(A-1) du rail supérieur (G).
2 . Retirez la roulette (E-6) et la rondelle de verrouillage (E-7), en retirant la vis (E-8)
de l'ensemble de la roulette du bas (E).
3 . Réinstallez la roulette (E-6) dans l'un des 3 trous :
a . 1 - pour relever la porte intérieure (A-1),
b . 2 - hauteur installée en usine, ou
c . 3 - pour abaisser la porte intérieure (A-1).
4 . Avec précaution, et avec l'aide d'un autre adulte compétent, réinstallez la porte
(A-1) dans le rail supérieur (G).
5 . Vérifiez que la porte (A-1) est assise à une bonne hauteur de sorte qu'il y ait un
bon dégagement au niveau du bloc de guidage (N).
6 . Installez les dispositifs antidécrochage (E-9) :
a . Basculez le haut des dispositifs antidécrochage (E-9) dans le rail du haut
(G),
b . Enclenchez le dispositif antidécrochage (E-9) sur la roulette (E-6) du rail
inférieur (E).
c . Répétez l'opération pour l'autre roulette du bas (E).
Porte extérieure (A-2)
1 . Avec précaution, et avec l'aide d'un autre adulte compétent, décrochez la porte
extérieure (A-2) du rail supérieur (G).
2 . Retirez l'ensemble du bras supérieur de la roulette (F-1) de la porte (A-2) en
retirant la vis (F-5) et le capuchon (F-8).
3 . Réinstallez la vis (F-5) et le capuchon (F-8) dans l'un des trois trous :
a . 1 - pour relever la porte extérieure (A-2),
b . 2 - hauteur installée en usine, ou
c . 3 - pour abaisser la porte extérieure (A-2).
4 . Installez le dispositif antidécrochage (F-4) avec les deux vis (F-3).
5 . Installez le capuchon du bas (F-2) sur le bras de la roulette du haut (F-1).
6 . Avec précaution, et avec l'aide d'un autre adulte compétent, réinstallez la porte
extérieure (A-2) dans le rail supérieur (G).
7 . Vérifiez que la porte extérieure (A-2) est assise à une bonne hauteur de sorte
qu'il y ait un bon dégagement au niveau du bloc de guidage (N).
