Step 5. Wall Installation for Left (H)/Right (I) Mounting
Bracket Assembly
1 . Place the base of the mounting bracket positioning tool (T1) on the shower pan
against the dam (M), as shown.
2 . Using a level make the mounting bracket positioning tool (T1) vertically plumb,
secure to the wall with tape.
3 . Mark the two hole position at the top of the mounting bracket positioning tool
(T1).
4 . Drill a 1/8" (3.2 mm) pilot hole and then a 7/32" (5.6 mm) clearance hole at the
left (H) or right (I) mounting bracket assembly screw hole locations.
NOTICE
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that the screws are secured into a
stud. If not, use supplied wall anchors (L).
5 . Apply silicone to the back of the left (H) or right (I) mounting bracket assembly.
6 . Using a Phillips screwdrive secure the left (H) or right (I) mounting bracket
assembly to the wall with tapping screws (J).
NOTICE
• If installing a Corner configuration model go to step 6, for Alcove configurations
repeat steps for other side of the shower enclosure.
• Follow manufacturer's recommendation for curing time for silicone.
Étape 5. Installation au mur de l'ensemble des supports
d'installation à gauche (H)/à droite (I)
1 . Placez la base de l'outil de positionnement du support d'installation (T1) sur la
base de douche contre la bande de retenue d'eau (M), tel qu'indiqué.
2 . Mettez de niveau l'outil de positionnement des supports d'installation (T1)
vertical, fixez-le au mur avec du ruban adhésif.
3 . Marquez la position des deux trous en haut de l'outil de positionnement des
supports d'installation (T1).
4 . Percez un trou de guidage de 1/8 po (3,2 mm), puis un trou de 7/32 po (5,6 mm)
à l'emplacement des trous de vis des supports d'installation à gauche (H) ou à
droite (I).
Il est FORTEMENT RECOMMANDÉ que les vis soient fixées dans un
AVIS
montant. Si ce n'est pas le cas, utilisez les ancrages muraux fournis (L).
5 . Appliquez du silicone à l'arrière des supports d'installation à gauche (H) ou à
droite (I).
6 . Avec un tournevis Phillips, fixez les supports d'installation gauche (H) ou
droite (I) au mur à l'aide de vis autotaraudeuses (J).
AVIS
• Si vous installez un modèle de coin passez à l'étape 6. Pour les configurations
en alcôve, répétez les étapes pour l'autre côté de la cabine de douche.
• Suivez les recommandations du fabricant pour le temps de durcissement du
silicone.
