Step 8. Inside Door (A-1) Installation
1 . Install the lower roller assembles (E) onto the inside door panel (A-1).
a . Slide the exposed roller glass roller bushing (E-4) onto the inside door panel
(A-1), aligning to the hole in the inside door panel (A-1).
b . Slide the glass bushing (E-3) into the hole in the inside door panel (A-1).
c . Using the screw (E-2) attach the lower roller arm (E-1), securing it with the
cap (E-5) on the inside of the inside door panel (A-1).
DO NOT overtighten the cap (E-5).
CAUTION
2 . Carefully, and with the assistance of another capable adult, lift the inside door
panel (A-1) on an angle and slide the lower rollers (E) into the top track (G).
3 . Carefully allow the inside door panel (A-1) to hang from the top track (G).
4 . With the door gently pushed over to the wall, slide the guide block base (N-1)
under the inside door panel (A-1) so that it is centered on the dam (M).
5 . Mark and drill 1/8" (3.2 mm) pilot holes for the guide block base (N-1).
6 . Apply silicone to the bottom of the guide block base (N-1) and secure it back
into position using two screws (O).
DO NOT overtighten the screws (O).
CAUTION
NOTICE
Follow manufacturer's recommendation for curing time for silicone.
7 . Snap the guide block cover (N-2) onto to the guide block base (N-1).
Étape 8. Installation de la porte intérieure (A-1)
1 . Installez les roulettes inférieures (E) sur la porte intérieure (A-1).
a . Insérez la bague de la roulette de verre exposé (E-4) sur la porte intérieure
(A-1), en l'alignant sur le trou de la porte (A-1).
b . Glissez la bague de verre (E-3) dans le trou de la porte intérieure (A-1).
c . Fixer le bras inférieur de la roulette (E-1) à l'aide de la vis (E-2), en le fixant
avec le capuchon (E-5) à l'intérieur de la porte (A-1).
NE SERREZ PAS trop le capuchon (E-5).
ATTENTION
2 . Avec précaution, et avec l'aide d'un autre adulte compétent, soulevez la porte
intérieure (A-1) sur un angle et faites glisser les roulettes inférieures (E) dans le
rail supérieur (G).
3 . Laissez délicatement la porte intérieure (A-1) pendre du rail supérieur (G).
4 . En poussant doucement la porte contre le mur, faites glisser la base du bloc de
guidage (N-1) sous la porte intérieure (A-1) de façon qu'elle soit centrée sur la
bande de retenue d'eau (M).
5 . Marquez et percez des trous de 1/8 po (3,2 mm) pour la base du bloc de
guidage (N-1).
6 . Appliquez du silicone en dessous de la base du bloc de guidage (N-1) et fixez-la
en position à l'aide de deux vis (O).
NE SERREZ PAS trop les vis (O).
ATTENTION
Suivez les recommandations du fabricant pour le temps de durcissement
AVIS
du silicone.
7 . Insérez le couvercle du bloc de guidage (N-2) sur la base du bloc de guidage
(N-1).
