The supply consists of a single package containing the following parts:
1. 1 Chlorine sensor 4-20 mA with porous membrane
2. 1 Bottle containing 100cc of electrolyte liquid
3. 1 Manual-data sheet
Start-up procedure
1. Move the protective silicone
band in order to free the
holes for electrolyte draining
2. Fill the membrane - cap with
the electrolyte liquid to the
top, making sure to avoid the
presence of air bubbles; to
delete them, gently tap the
filled membrane - cap with a
finger.
3. Slowly and carefully tighten
the cap to the sensor to the
stop,
verifying
electrolyte excess comes out
of the holes.
4. Reposition
sheath in its place, in order to
plug the drain holes. At this
point the probe is ready to be
inserted in the probeholder
with a constant flow rate.
Once fed with water and electrically connected to the power and reading
system, at least three hours are required to reach the stabilization of the
measurement. After this period it is possible to calibrate the sensor.
