1. General information
After unpacking and before start-up ensure that the equipment and all accessories are
perfectly correct. If any transport damage has occurred please contact the appropriate
distributor or manufacturer. The packing materials (polybag, polystyrene, nails etc.) should
not be left within reach of children as they are a potential source of danger.
The ARKANSAS electronic heater is to be used for heating greenhouses and winter
gardens. It is characterized by simple operation and space saving installation. This
equipment is only certified for connection to 230 V ~, 50/60 Hz Ac voltage. Protect the
equipment against dirt and humidity. Utilizing the device for uses other than that previously
described can cause damage to the equipment and dangers such as short-circuit, fire,
electric shock etc. The safety and installation instructions are to be strictly observed.
When using a multiple plug socket or an extension cord ensure that the maximum current
carrying capacity is not exceeded. Cable reels must always be completely unwound.
