7. Warranty
We provide you with a 2 year unrestricted manufacturer warranty (starting from purchase
date) on all Bio Green products. Damage caused by outside impact, inappropriate use as
well non-observance of these operating instructions and/or the cleaning and maintenance
work is excluded from the warranty.
The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for any damage caused by frost, an
insufficient thermal output related to the space dimensions or due to insufficient thermal
insulation.
Important note
Opening the equipment as well as any repair work must only be carried out by certified
specialists taking into account the valid regulations for repair. Only original parts may be
used.
A guarantee for the perfect functioning and working reliability of the device can only be
given if it has been suitably installed and handled. This is also valid with regards to the
provisions of the law regarding technical working appliance as well as the valid accident
prevention regulations.
In case of a guarantee please fill out the warranty and info card provided!
