• Press POWER to switch on or off.
• TIME refers to control of operating time and indicates the amount of time
remaining.
Once power is on, the default amount of operating time is at 45 min. Press
s and t to adjust and set time of use; pressing once will increase or reduce
in 5 min. increments. The maximum operating time is 60 min. After time of
use is set, the number will flash for about three seconds. After the set TIME
stops flashing , the number indicated will show operating time remaining.
• HEAT ADJUST
When you first turn the unit on it will default to HIGH. To change just press
the heat adjust button until the light indicates the setting that you require.
HIGH - For deep heat sweat. To feel the heat with maximum sweating. If
heat becomes uncomfortable change heat adjustment to medium.
MEDIUM - For beginners or those that want to sweat at a moderate heat.
LOW - Used mainly for warm-ups.
• Press External Light to switch on or off.
• Press Internal Light to switch on or off.
• Press BENCH HEATER to swith on or off.
NOTE - The coloured light therapy will turn off when session time has
finished.
Internal & external lights must be turned off manually and if you forget they
will turn off after 2 hours if sauna has not been used CD Player must be
turned off manually or with remote control.
