Install the sheave and secure it with the
bushing onto the motor shaft. Secure it
using the 3 bolts provided inside the box
of the bushing.
(Before installing the drive belt, refer
to the owner's manual to install the
Bandwheel and tensioning system of
your sawmill)
Install the drive belt over the drive
bandwheel.
Route the drive belt over the idler pulley,
then over the sheave.
Check belt alignment with the
bandwheel, idler pulley and sheave.
Make any slight adjustment if necessary.
