Setting the speed / number of strokes
The control electronics enable infinitely variable speed and number of
strokes to be selected for work appropriate to the material.
•
Select the speed with the adjusting wheel (10) according to the
material.
•
The information in the following table are recommended values
- Drilling tiles
- Processing of plaster /
lightweight building materials
- Peeling off tiles
- Processing of bricks
- Processing concrete
Dust collector
•
Before you start overhead work, position the dust collector (14) with
the opening towards the front above the bit. The dust will collect in
the inner chamber of the dust collector instead of falling onto the drill
or its user.
Maintenance and care
•
Always unplug your drill before working on it.
•
Always keep your drill clean.
•
Clean the casing with a dry cloth every time you have used your drill.
Do not use cleaning solvents that may damage the casing.
•
We recommend cleaning the vents with compressed air at 3 bar max
after work to prevent dust from accumulating. Wear eye protection
while doing this.
•
Take your drill to a qualified technician to have the brush contacts
checked for wear, and to make sure that there is enough lubricant.
Only a qualified technician can change the brushes.
