Noise and vibration information
Measured values determined according EN 60745
- The vibration emission level given in this information sheet has been
measured in accordance with a standardized test given in EN 60745
and may be used to compare one tool with another.
- The given vibration emission level may be used for the initial
estimation of the real exposure.
- The vibration emission level will vary because of the ways in which a
power tool can be used and may increase above the level given in
this information sheet.
Try to keep the exposure as low as possible. To reduce the vibration
-
emission level the user should wear working-gloves and use the
machine for limited time. All parts of working cycles have to be
considered ( including the time the power tool is switched off, and the
time, when the power tool is running under no-load condition).
Before startup
Make sure that your working area is free of any hidden electrical
cables, or gas or water supply pipes.
Before you connect your drill to the mains, make sure that your mains
voltage matches the information on your drill's type plate.
Additional handgrip and depth stop
Only use your hammer/chisel drill with the additional handgrip
mounted, and always hold the machine in both hands.
Unscrew the handgrip (12) by turning anti-clockwise, and turn the drill
neck to the position required.
Then tighten the additional handgrip (12) back on by turning
clockwise.
To mount the depth stop (1), press release-knob (4) until the depth
stop (1) fits into the opening of the handgrip.
