Carpet cleaning mode
- Use the carpet cleaning mode to clean rooms or areas with wall-to-
wall carpeting with a pile depth up to 20mm that the robot vacuum
cleaner is unable to clean in auto cleaning mode. If you have a wall-to-
wall carpet, first try the auto cleaning mode (see section 'Auto cleaning
mode' above). If the robot moves back and forth on the same spot or
fails to keep a straight line, press the base button to make the robot
vacuum cleaner return to its base station.
Note: If you use the carpet cleaning mode too often, it shortens the life of the
battery and motors of the robot vacuum cleaner. Only use the carpet cleaning
mode on wall-to-wall carpets if the auto cleaning mode does not do the job.
- Press the mode button and select the carpet cleaning mode (1). The
carpet cleaning indication lights up on the display. Press the start/pause
button (2) to make the robot vacuum cleaner start cleaning in carpet
cleaning mode from the base station. It leaves its base station, turns
half a circle and starts cleaning the carpet using a mixed pattern of
straight and crisscross movements. In the carpet cleaning mode, the
robot vacuum cleaner cleans with the turbo function on by default
to increase its cleaning power. When the robot vacuum cleaner has
finished cleaning the room, the text 'bASE' appears on the display and it
returns to the base station.
Note: If you let the robot vacuum cleaner clean without the base station, it
stops cleaning when finished or when its battery runs low.
timer
setting the timer
With the timer function, you can let the robot vacuum cleaner clean at
a set time every day.
Note: You can only use the timer if the clock time has been set.
1 Press the timer button on the remote control.
The timer indication and the hour indication start to flash.

2 Use the + and - buttons to set the hour at which you want the robot
vacuum cleaner to start cleaning.
