Solution
When you start cleaning in auto cleaning mode from
another place in the room than the base station,
the robot vacuum cleaner returns to this place after
cleaning. To ensure the robot vacuum cleaner returns
to the base station, place the base station in the room
where you want to use the robot vacuum cleaner and
start cleaning from the base station.
This is normal in the spot cleaning mode. You can
press the base button on the remote control to make
the robot vacuum cleaner return to the base station
or you can press the mode button to switch to auto
cleaning mode. In auto cleaning mode, the robot
vacuum cleaner automatically returns to the base
station, provided it is placed in the same room.
Empty and clean the dust container and clean the
filters (see chapter 'Cleaning and maintenance').
Clean the roller brush (see chapter 'Cleaning and
maintenance').
Solution
Charge the robot vacuum cleaner.
The robot vacuum cleaner is stuck on a threshold or another
height difference. Move it to a flat area.
Move the robot vacuum cleaner to a flat area.
The dust container is not properly inserted. Insert the dust
container properly (see chapter 'Cleaning and maintenance').
Check if there is any dirt (hair, fluff etc.) attached to
the wheels. Remove the dirt (see chapter 'Cleaning and
maintenance').
Check if there is any dirt (hair, fluff etc.) attached to the roller
brush or side brush. Remove the dirt (see chapter 'Cleaning
and maintenance').
Clean the filters and empty the dust container (see chapter
'Cleaning and maintenance').
Set the on/off switch to OFF and then set it to ON again.
