Cleaning and maintenance
Emptying the dust container
For the best results, we advise you to empty the dust container after each
use.
1 Lift the dust container compartment cover and pull it off the
appliance.
2 Grab the handle of the dust container and pull it upwards to unlock
the dust container and lift the dust container out of the appliance.
Note: Lift the dust container vertically out of the compartment to make sure
that no dust falls out of the dust container.
3 Push the latch to open the shutter.
4 Pull the shutter sideways.
5 Shake the dust container over a dustbin to empty it and/or clean the
dust container with the brush end of the cleaning tool.
Tip: You can also rinse the dust container under the tap after you have
removed the filters. Make sure the dust container is dry when you reinsert it
into the appliance.
Note: The dust container is not dishwasher-proof.
