E On the cylinder, change the O-rings and fit
the white sealing rings. The ring that is bored
out must be installed from underneath, with
the bored-out section uppermost.
D Die O-Ringe am Zylinder wechseln und die
weißen Dichtringe einbauen. Der ausgebohrte
Ring
muss
von
unten
ausgebohrten Abschnitt obenliegend installiert

E Install the cylinder and sealing ring assembly
into the housing. Apply grease (Part No.
184943) to all the parts.
D Die Zylinder- und Dichtungsringbaugruppe in
das Gehäuse installieren. Fett (Artikel-Nr.
184943) auf alle Teile auftragen.
E Slide the piston into the cylinder. Note:
There are two drive lengths:: short = 131
mm and long = 133 mm. The overall length
of the piston must not be less than 130 mm.
D Den Kolben in den Zylinder schieben.
Hinweis: Es gibt zwei Antriebslängen: kurz
= 131 mm und lang = 133 mm. Die
Gesamtlänge des Kolbens darf nicht weniger
als 130 mm betragen.
E Check that the gasket seal is correctly
positioned, then press the cover down on to
the tool body and secure it. Tighten the four
screws.
D Kontrollieren, dass die Dichtung korrekt
positioniert ist und danach die Abdeckung
nach unten auf den Gerätekörper drücken und
sichern. Die vier Schrauben festziehen.
E Check that the safety text on the cover is
legible. If not, the cover must be changed,
according to CE standards.

muss die Abdeckung entsprechend der CE-
Normen ausgewechselt werden.

ring som är ursvarvad skall monteras
underifrån med ursvarvningen uppåt.
F Sur le cylindre, remplacer les joints
toriques

installer
d'étanchéité blanches. La bague alésée
doit être installée par le dessous, la
partie alésée devant être tournée vers le
haut.
S Montera cylinder med tätningsringar till
huset. Smörj in samtliga delar med fett
184943.
F Installer l'ensemble cylindre et bague
d'étanchéité dans le logement. Enduire
toutes les pièces de graisse N° 184943.
S Montera kolv i cylindern. Obs! det finns
två drivarlängder, kort = 131 mm och
lång = 133 mm. Kolvens totala längd
får inte understiga 130 mm.
F Glisser le piston dans le cylindre.
Remarque: Deux cotes sont prévues:
courte, 131 mm, et longue: 133 mm. La
longueur hors tout du piston ne doit pas
être inférieure à 130 mm.
S Kontrollera att tätningen ligger på rätt
plats, tryck därefter locket nedåt mot
huset och montera. Drag åt de fyra
skruvarna.
F S'assurer que le joint d'étanchéité est
correctement positionné, puis monter le
carter sur le corps de l'outil, bien
l'enfoncer et le fixer. Serrer les quatre
vis.
S Kontrollera att säkerhetstexten på locket
är läsbart. Om inte, måste locket bytas
enligt CE-norm.
F L'avertissement de sécurité figurant sur
le carter doit être lisible. Dans le cas
contraire, le carter doit être remplacé,
