ATTACH WHEELS
1. Slide two thick washers onto each end of the axle.
Slide a wheel onto each end of the axle. Slide a thin
washer on each end of the axle. (See Figure 5)
2. Insert a cotter pin through the holes in each end
of the axle. Bend cotter pins using pliers to secure
wheels. Wheels should spin freely. (See Figure 5)
ATTACH UPPER TRAYS
1. Position the first upper tray just below the lowest frame
crossbar and align the bolt holes. Place a pivot
spacer between the hand truck frame and tray arms.
Place a pivot sleeve through the hole in the tray arm
and spacer. Secure with 5/16 x 1¾" hex head bolt,
5/16" locknut and pivot washer. (See Figure 6)
2. Repeat step 1 for top two trays, but use the 5/16 x 1¼"
hex head bolts.
ATTACH HANDLE
1. Slide handle into the top rails of frame. Align holes
in handle and frame. Insert four 1/4 x 1⁄" pan head
bolts through the frame and handle and secure with
four 1/4" locknuts. (See Figure 7)
2. Tighten all locknuts.

NOTE: The bolt holes are covered by a red
paper strip, which will need to be punctured
before inserting bolts.
NOTE: The second to top tray will attach just
under the second to top frame crossbar. The
top tray will attach just under the top frame
crossbar.
