When the indicated weight remains constant for 1 minute, the appliance will automatically switch off.
Nutritional value indicator:
Place the food item to be weighed onto the scale.
Refer to the code list, provided in chapter 2 of this manual, to find the nutritional code which corresponds to
your food item.
Enter the nutritional code which corresponds to your food item by pressing the number keys 1 to 9 on the
scale's keypad.
The nutritional values of the food item will be displayed on the screen in the 'FOOD CODE' section.
To erase data and select a new nutritional code, press the 'CLR/MC' key. Data will then be reset to zero on
the screen.
Adding data:
You can record and add the nutritional values of several food items using the data storage function. To do
this:
Enter the code using the keypad, then press M+. 'M01' will appear in the top left-hand corner of the screen
to indicate that the first food item's data has been recorded.
Press 'CLR/MC' to enter a new code using the keypad.
Enter the second code using the keypad, then press M+. 'M02' will appear to indicate that the second food
item's data has been recorded.
Repeat this as often as necessary.
To view the total amount of nutritional values, press the 'MR' key once: the ' ' symbol will appear in the
top left-hand corner of the screen. The displayed values correspond to the total amount of recorded values.
Press 'MR' a second time to return to the previous display.
To erase recorded values, press the 'CLR/MC' key twice: the letter 'M' will begin to flash. Press the 'CLR/MC'
key a third time: the letter 'M' and the total number of registered codes will be erased. This indicates that all
previously recorded values have been erased.
NB:
The scale's recorded nutritional values for finished and blended products may differ from those indicated by
the manufacturer on the packaging of the finished product.
Change the battery when the 'LO' indicator appears on the screen, see below:
4. Maintenance and storage
The maximum weight of the scale is 5000 g, which included the weight before tare.
To ensure the life of the scale, do not put the scale under wet, hot & cold condition.
It is recommended to take out batteries if the unit is not used for a long time.
The scale is a high precision electronic weighing product, please do not press or drop the scale otherwise it is
easy to be damaged.
If the scale surface is dirty, please clean the scale with soft cloth, do not use any chemical detergent and
allow water to get inside the scale.
The product is for small goods weighing only, do not use for legal trade.
If the result appears improperly, please check whether the batteries and the touching point contact well.
Replace for new batteries if used for a long time already, and then try again. If necessary, contact your local
distributor or the manufacturer.
