Elmers or Titebond white glue (or equivalent), rubber mallet or padded hammer.
check that the quantities of the parts received match those on the parts list below.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1) Use a pencil or a small dowel to spread a thin layer of glue evenly around the insides of the
holes. Be sure to coat the entire surface around the sides of the holes. Do not get excess
glue in the bottom of the holes. This keeps the legs from going all the way into the top and
can weaken the stool.
2) Tap the legs (B) into the top (A) using a rubber mallet or hammer that has been padded.
Make sure to tap firmly so that the outside edge of the shoulder of the leg is seated against
the top, see FIGURE 1A.
After glue has dried, finish as described in the attached "Finishing Hints".
