6 Installation
6.1

Introduction

• Improper installation can affect the safety of the
equipment.
• In the presence of flammable structures or materials
on the back or adjacent to the fire box, respect the
minimum safety distances given at the end of this manual.
• All combustible materials that are located in the area
radiated by the heat from the glass of the door must be
placed at a distance of at least 150 cm from it.
6.2

Preliminary operations

Before connecting the stove to the fumes evacuation
system, it is necessary to:
• check that the internal firebrick (A) placed on the top
of the combustion chamber is completely against the
support (B) (Fig. 6.2a);
• install the smoke valve pipe (C), keeping attention
that the adjusting handle (D) is facing forward; seal with
silicone for high temperature the valve in correspondence
with the cast iron collar (Fig. 6.2b).
