Maintenance and Cleaning
• Accumulated dust will impede the air flow and affect the cooling
and warming capability of the unit.
• Disconnect power supply before cleaning
• Use clean slightly wet cloth and neutral detergents to clean- strong
chemicals may damage plastic parts.
• Do not immerse in water
• For dirt on ventilator, use a vacuum cleaner or soft brush to remove
dust, then wipe with damp cloth.
RECYCLING
This item bears the selective sorting symbol for waste
electronic and electrical equipment (WEEE). This means
that the product must be handled pursuant to European
Directive 2002/96/EC in order to be recycled or
dismantled to minimize it's impact on the environment.
For further information please contact your local or regional
Authorities. Electronic products not included in the selective sorting
process are potentially dangerous for the environment and human
health due to the presence of hazardous substances.
GUARANTEE
This guarantee is limited to the Incubator only. The Incubator is
guaranteed for defects in material or workmanship for a period of
2 years from date of purchase. The guarantee is valid with proof of
purchase only. The guarantee does not cover consequential loss or
damage of or to animate or inanimate objects. This guarantee is valid

only under normal operating conditions for which the Incubator is
intended. This guarantee will not apply to any Incubator subjected
to unreasonable use, improper installation, negligence. tampering or
abuse of the unit. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
The guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of the unit only,
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY claims for loss of eggs or animals due
to the malfunctioning of the unit!
SERVICE
If you have any problem or question about the operation of this
product, please consult your Exo Terra specialist retailer in the first
instance. Most problems can be resolved in store, but in the likely
event it cannot, please return the unit with a valid proof of purchase
to the retailer for a replacement under the two year warranty. When
you call (e-mail or write) our Customer Service Department, please
have all relevant information such as model number and/or part
numbers available, as well as the nature of the problem:
