 If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, a 10-ampere
cord should be used. Cords rated for less amperage may
overheat. Care should be taken to arrange the cord so
that it cannot be pulled or tripped over.
 To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate another high
voltage appliance on the same circuit.
 To protect against electric shock do not immerse cord,
plugs, or housing in water or other liquid.
 Do not touch the appliance if it falls into water. Remove
the plug from its socket, turn off the appliance and do
not use it again.
 Do not use the appliance close to hot objects such as a
stove or oven.
Using the appliance
 The use of accessory attachment not recommended by
the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
 Only use the appliance indoors, in dry areas away from
water.
 Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in
water or other liquids. There is danger to life due to
electric shock!
 To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use the
appliance outdoors or on wet surfaces.
 Place the appliance on a stable, level surface from which
it cannot fall of.
 Use the appliance on a flat, dry and heat resistance
surface, not on varnished furniture.
 Place the appliance at least 5cm of the wall or
flammable objects (such as curtains, candles or towels).
 Place the appliance on a stable, level surface and not
close to hot objects or open flames (e.g. hotplates).
