BEFORE USE
Make sure that there is enough ventilation around the raclette.
The raclette should not be placed on an untreated wood surface. Place the raclette on a heat resistant
surface.
Always remember to add some grease to the grill pan+mini pans before use.
GRILL
Place the raclette in the middle of the table.
Cut the meat into small pieces. You thus reduce the cooking time. Chop the crude meat and serve it on
a plate or a wooden board. Your guests can then choose the quantity of meat they wish to grill it on
the grill plate.
Turn the device on by turning the temperature control to the highest level. Leave the raclette grill to
heat up for about 10 minutes.
Place the ingredients to be grilled onto the grillplate.
You can grill toasts in the raclette pans, fry eggs or potatoes and many other things.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Unplug the appliance before cleaning starts.
Only clean when the appliance has completely cooled down.
Do not immerse the appliance in water.
All surfaces can be cleaned with a clean damp cloth.
All the pans can be washed in water. If stains still appear, it is recommended to use soap.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean the raclette.
Clean inside with a clean damp cloth.
Do not clean any parts in dishwasher.

An electronic appliance should, when it is no longer capable of functioning be disposed with least possible
environmental damage. The appliance should be disposed according to the local regulations in your
municipality; in most cases you can discharge the appliance at your local recycling center.
