LEAK TEST
Although the gas connections of the appliance are tested for tightness before packing and
shipping, a full test must be carried out at the installation site.
Before each use, check the tightness of all gas connections by following the procedure be-
low. If you smell gas at any time, you should stop using the appliance immediately and check
the entire system for leaks.
B E F OR E THE TE ST S
Make sure you have removed all packing material from the appliance.
Prepare a solution of one part liquid detergent and one part water. You will need a spray
bottle, brush, or rag to apply the solution to the components.
H OW TO PE R FORM A LEAK T E ST
1. Turn off the oven and open the cylinder valve by turning the regulator counterclockwise.
2. Apply the soap solution to all gas connections. Soap bubbles will appear where there is a
leak.
3. If there is a leak, immediately shut off the gas supply and tighten any leaking connections.
4. Turn the gas back on and check again.
5. If the gas leak persists at any of the connections, turn off the gas supply and contact
customer service.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Each burner has a nominal power of 4.4KW. To get started:
1. Remove all packing material.
2. Make sure the oven has undergone a leak test and is properly seated.
3. Light the burner by following the lighting instructions below.

1. Make sure the control knob is in the OFF position and open the cylin-
der valve by slowly turning the regulator counterclockwise.
2. Push and slowly turn the oven control knob counterclockwise until
you hear a click and the burner ignites.
3. If the burner does not light, turn the knob to the OFF position, wait
5 minutes and repeat the lighting process.
