AIR Supply
1. Use clean, dry and regulated compressed air at 90-105 PSI.
2. Never exceed maximum pressure. Too high a pressure will cause excessive noise or accelerated
wear of parts. Do not use too low a pressure; the tool will not function correctly.
3. When connecting air supply, always keep hands and body away from discharge area of tool.
4. Air filter regulation and lubrication is required and should be located as close to the tool as possible.
5. Keep the air filter clean. A dirty filter will reduce the air pressure to the tool causing a reduction in
power and efficiency.
6. For optimum performance, fit a quick connector onto your tool and a quick coupler on the hose if
possible.
7. Be sure all connections in the air supply system are airtight to prevent air loss.
Operation
This Air Saw has been specifically designed to be used as a hand held, hand controlled saw for use in cutting
mild steel, softer materials such as aluminum and plastics of an appropriate size using the blades supplied.
This saw must not be used for any purpose other than that for which it was designed.
The saw must not be modified in any way.
When operating the saw allow the saw blade to do the work. Do not apply excessive force or
personal injury and / or damage to the work piece may occur.
The Power Fist Air Saw has been designed to operate with the Power Fist Air Compressor.
Take great care to ensure it's compatibility if using it with any other air compressor.
ROutInEly
Ensure that all connections, pipe work, air pressure regulator and isolations valves are in good working order
before connecting the Air Saw to any compressed air line or source. Ensure that all hoses, fittings and air
compressors are regularly inspected and serviced. Check that the blade mounting point and fittings are not worn
or damaged before use. Never use cracked or damaged saw blades. Do not operate if the blades mounting
point or fixings are damaged or worn.

Suitable protective clothing must be worn when using this tool. Eye protection must be worn at all times when
using the Air Speed Saw. Serious personal injury may result if the correct protective clothing is not worn. If in
doubt about suitable protective clothing, contact a suitably qualified safety expert.
Loose clothing must not be worn and long hair must be tied back. There is a strong risk that these may be
drawn into the moving parts of the tool during use.
Avoid unintentional contact with the saw blade during use.
Keep children and pets away from the Air Saw, compressed air lines and air sources at all times.
To avoid accidental operation of the saw, turn the knurled knob on the trigger outwards to lock it in the off
position when not in use.
Ensure that the work piece being sawn is correctly and adequately supported and secured before
attempting to cut.
High reactive torque can occur if the blade becomes jammed during use. Adopt suitable posture and stance to
counteract this torque reaction safely.
If the saw blade becomes jammed in the work piece the air line must be switched off and disconnected before
attempting to free the saw blade.
