As with all tools, keep away from children and pets
1. Always wear appropriate safety goggles or glasses and ear protection.
2. Always ensure the trigger is not depressed before connecting to the air supply.
3. Always check the air regulator operating pressure before use.
4. Disconnect the tool from the air supply before fitting blades, and before servicing.
5. Always keep your air tool clean and well lubricated. Daily lubrication is essential to avoid internal
corrosion and possible failure.
6. Remove loose clothing, watches, bracelets, rings etc. when using air tools.
7. Do not overload the tool. Allow the tool to operate at its optimum speed for maximum efficiency.
8. Do not increase the air pressure above the recommended level, as excessive overload can cause the
tool casing to split and can create excessive wear on moving parts.
9. Always direct the tool away from yourself and others to safeguard against possible injury.
10. Always ensure that the tool has stopped before putting it down after use.
11. Always ensure that the work piece is firmly secured leaving both hands free to control the tool.
12. Use only accessories i.e. blades, designed for use with the tool.
13. Ensure accessories are correctly and securely installed before connecting to the air supply.
14. Disconnect tool from air supply hose and switch off the compressor and fully exhaust compressed air from
air receiver before performing maintenance, changing accessories or during storage or break periods.
15. Do no use this tool for scaffolding, ladders or on similar such constructions. Do not use on airtight
cases or vehicles.
16. Never use a tool that is leaking air, has missing or damaged parts that requires repair.
