CHOPPING
The chopping bowl is suitable for chopping meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds,
dried plums, etc.
Do not attempt to chop extremely hard foodstuff s such as nutmeg, coff ee beans, or cereals.
Items like meat, cheese, onions, garlic, carrots, or frozen food must be cut
before chopping.
Remove the stems from herbs and all nutshells.
Remove bones, cartilage and tendons from the meat.
1. Fill the chopping bowl with the ingredients and close it with the cover
that holds the transmission.
2. Mount the unit body on the lid with the transmission.
3. Uncoil the whole length of the power cord. Make sure it does not touch
any nearby sources of heat. Insert the plug into the electric voltage
socket.
4. Hold the body with one hand and the chopping container with the
other.
5. Select the required speed and push the button to start the machine.
You may increase the motor rotation speed to the maximum for a short
time using the Turbo button.
6. Switch the unit off after chopping. Use the release buttons to disconnect the unit body from the lid with
the transmission. Disconnect the cable from the socket.
7. Wipe the lid with the transmission using a wet cloth. Do not immerse in water or wash in running water!
