5.7 Setting Services (Tea and Steam)
It is possible to adjust the performance of the
boiler services dedicated to the generation of
steam and water for the infusion of tea or drinks
by acting on the temperature of the boiler, from a
minimum of +100°C to a maximum of +130°C.
The temperature in the boiler is directly responsi-
ble for the pressure at which it is located.
To access the service boiler settings screen, simply
touch the boiler temperature shown on the main
screen.
5.8 Language selection
The Matrix and Duo machines offer the possibility
to choose between different languages.
To access the language selection screen proceed
as follows:
1) Open the drop-down menu.
2) Access the settings screen by entering the
password (if any).

The temperature scale used can be changed at
any time by choosing between degrees centi-
grade (Celsius°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
To move from one scale to another, proceed as
