PROBABLE CAUSE
Insufficient air flow into condenser.
Installation overcharged with fluid.
Air or non condensable gas in the HP circuit.
Fan cut-in incorrectly set.
Motor out of order.
Main power lower than acceptable range.
Phase missing.
