• Be sure air tool is in OFF position when connecting tool to air supply.
• Never direct air at yourself or anyone else.
• Whipping hoses can cause severe injury. Always check for damaged or loose hoses and
fittings.
• Whenever universal twist couplings are used, lock pins should be installed and whipcheck
safety cables should be used to safeguard against possible hose-to-tool or tool-to-hose
connection failure.
• Do not exceed the maximum air pressure stated on the tool or in this manual.
• Never carry an air tool by the hose.
• Maintain labels and rating plate through the life of service.
• Do not use the tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication.
• Store idle tool out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the tool
or these instructions to operate it.
3.3- Special warnings when using air sander
• WARNING! Wear hearing protection. Exposure to noise can cause hearing loss.
• Use personal protective equipment. Always wear safety goggles, earmuffs and dust mask
when using the tool. Wear suitable protective gloves to protect hands from hazards including
vibrations, abrasions and heat.
• WARNING! Do not sand any materials containing asbesto.
• Do not use this tool for prolonged periods of time. Take regular breaks. Use gloves to
provide extra cushioning in order to avoid any injury from the vibrations of the tool.
• Use only sizes and types of accessories and consumables that are recommended by the
manufacturer of this tool.
• Do not overreach while operating the tool.
• Maintain a balanced body position and secure footing at all times.
• Secure workpiece with clamps or vise; do not hold workpiece by hand.
• Inspect pads and discs for any fractures, nicks, deformation, lack of concentricity, or other
damage. Do not use a damaged sanding pad or disc.
• Only use accessories that are compatible with this air sander.
• Speed rating of accessory must match or exceed free speed rating of this sander.
• Hold the tool correctly; be ready to counteract normal or sudden movements.
• Do not force the tool.
• Always disconnect the air tool from the air supply before changing accessories.
• Avoid direct contact with moving parts in order to prevent abrasion of hands or other body
parts.
• Do not use this tool near flammable objects, or in potentially explosive environments.
• Beware of potentially explosive atmospheres being caused by dust / fumes resulting from
sanding and use dust extraction systems where possible.
• Always ensure the tool has stopped before putting it down after use.
• Do not use the tools in any operations that beyond the intended purpose.
IV. GETTING STARTED
4.1- Unpacking
• Remove the product from packaging
• Check if the product and accessories (if any) are intact.
