5. Install hitch: Apply blue thread locker to M10 bolt threads.
Raise hitch into position and loosely install M10 bolt ① and
3/8 conical washer ② into weldnuts, see Figure 1.
7. Reinstall: Reattach exhaust, splash guard, and hardware removed in step 2.

6. Tighten all M10 fasteners with torque wrench to 42 Ft.-Lb.
(57 N*M).
Proper torque is needed to keep the hitch secure to the vehicle when towing.
