hang below the guide bar.
To sharpen the chain
WARNING: Put on the gloves before you
sharpen the chain. Sharpen the chain from
inner side of the cutter to the outer side.
WARNING: Sharpen on the forward stroke
only. Use 2 or 3 strokes for each cutting

damage to the cutting edges, which include
the side plates and the top plates of the
cutters. Keep all cutters at the same length.
Sharpen the chain when:
The wood pieces decrease in size.
The saw cuts to one side or at an angle.
You must push the saw through branches with force.

the file holder stays on the top edges of the cutter
(B) and the depth gauge (C).

To lubricate the guide bar and the chain
The chain oil supplies continuous lubrication to the chain
and the guide bar. The oil output is automatically
monitored to make sure that there is sufficient oil. If
there is no sufficient oil, it will cause damage to the
guide bar and the chain, and too much heat. Too much
heat causes smokes in the chain and/or can change the
color of the guide bar. Always fill the bar oil tank when
you fill the fuel tank.
Obey these instructions to lubricate the guide bar and
the chain:

guide bar when:
The product cuts to one side.
You must push the product through with
force.
The lubrication of the guide bar is not
sufficient.
After each operation, clean all sawdust from
the guide bar and the sprocket hole.
