Symptoms
The pump is not working or there is no
fluid delivery.
The pump begins to operate very fast.
The pump keeps on operating although
the oil outlet is closed.
Oil leakage through the air outlet

Air leakage through the air outlet

Oil output too low or diminishes over
time.

Possible Reasons
Not enough air supply pressure
Some outlet line component is clogged
or closed.
The circlip (28) of the trip shoe guide is
out of its place.
The tank is empty or the oil level is
beneath the suction tube inlet.
There is an oil leakage in some point of
the circuit.
Oil has by-passed to the air motor
caused by worn or damaged seal (40).
Damaged or worn piston seals (30) (34).
The air seal (23) of the inverter
assembly is damaged or worn.
The air piston (31) is scratched.
Contamination in the foot valve or in the
upper valve.

Causes possibles
Problème au niveau de la pression d'air.
Un des éléments du circuit de sortie est
bouché ou fermé.
L'anneau de sécurité (28) du guide de
l'un des leviers s'est déplacé.
Le réservoir est vide ou le niveau est
inférieur à celui du tube d'aspiration.
Présence d'une fuite en un certain point
du circuit.
L'huile est passée dans le moteur d'air
par usure ou parce que le collier (40) est
endommagé.
Joints du piston (30) et (34)
endommagés ou usés.
Solutions
Increase the air supply pressure.
Clean or open the outlet circuit.
Reset or replace the circlip (28).
Fill the tank or lower the suction tube
until the inlet reaches the oil level.
Verify and tighten or repair.
Replace the seal (40). Check if the pump
piston (32) is scratched. If so, replace
the air piston assembly.
Replace the seals (30) and (34).
Replace the air seal (23).
Replace the air piston assembly.
Remove and clean. Replace if damaged.
Lösning
Öka lufttrycket
Gör rent eller öppna ventilen
Sätt tillbaka eller byt ut segersäkringen
(28).
Fyll tanken eller sänk ner sugröret
Kontrollera, dra åt eller reparera
Byt ut manchetten (40). Kontrollera att
luftkolven (32) inte är repad. Om den är
det, but ut komplett luftkolv
Byt ut packningarna (30) och (34).
Byt ut luftpackningen (23).
Byt ut komplett luftkolv
Ta isär och gör rent. Byt ut om
nödvändigt.
Solutions
Augmenter la pression d'air de
distribution.
Nettoyer ou ouvrir le circuit de sortie.
Replacer ou remplacer l'anneau de
sécurité (28).
Remplir le réservoir ou caler le tube
d'aspiration jusqu'à atteindre le niveau
d'huile.
Vérifier et serrer ou réparer.
Remplacer le collier (40). Vérifier si la
tige (32) n'est pas rayée ; Remplacer
l'ensemble du piston d'air.
Remplacer les joints (30) et (34).
