1. General
The Spark airbag vest uses state-of-the-art safety technology. In the event of a crash, the vest is inflated by a CO2 cartridge
within 0.3 seconds. It is classed as a lightweight safety system that protects the rider in the event of a crash. The vest fits
closely against the rider's body and can be further secured in place using a belt.
The Spark airbag vest has been certified by Alienor Certification (2754), 21 rue Albert Einstein, 86100 Châtellerault, France.
This product complies with the EU Directive on personal safety equipment 2016/425 and has been certified by means of
expert assessment, which confirms that it complies with the GEG-001 protocol of CRITT Sport Loisirs.

2. Safety information
2.1 General
• The Spark airbag vest offers both specific protection and excellent wearing comfort.
• However a safety waistcoat cannot guarantee complete protection. We therefore recommend combining airbag products
with vests in accordance with safety standard EN 13158.
• The product is only to be used while riding and not for any other purpose.
• The vest must fit correctly in order to offer protection.
• Do not carry any backpacks or other objects that can obstruct the air channels and reduce the degree of protection.
• Do not change anything on the vest other than the things described in these instructions.
• Do not use any pointed or sharp objects that could damage the vest.
• Avoid contact with or proximity to heat, including cigarettes.
• Check the vest each time for any obvious defects before wearing it.
• After a crash or after 10 activations (but at least once a year), the product must be checked by a specialist.
• The product has a lifespan of 5 years from the date of production (see label on the inside).
• The product, including the cartridge, should be stored and used at temperatures between 0° C and +45° C.
2.2 CO2 cartridge
• The CO2 cartridge is intended for single use - once it has been triggered, it must be replaced with a new one.
• If the cartridge has a hole in it, it must be replaced with a new, intact one.
• If there are any signs of rust, the cartridge must be replaced.
• Store out of the reach of children.
