For headlight / marker light changeover dependent on a

locomotive (only possible with 6021/CSI/CSII/CSIII) we
recommend setting the function decoder on the car to
the address of the locomotive (with 6021) or setting up a
double combination (locomotive / cab control car) in the
locomotive controller (with CSI/CSII/CSIII).
