Wrap hose adapters with 3 turns of
teflon tape and tighten into filter
and pump ports with slip-joint pliers.

Mount filter on base
with one long screw;
do not tighten it yet.

Use a power screwdriver to install
and tighten the second long filter
screw. Then tighten the first filter
screw (from Step 1).

Wrap with 3 turns
of teflon tape and
tighten into port
with slip-joint pliers.

Install and tighten
short screws and
washers to hold
down pump.

Tighten collar onto pump
port after checking that
O-Ring is in place
and clean.
