ELECTRIC BRAKE BLEEDER 6bar
• Make sure that:
- The ON / OFF switch is switched to the OFF position
- The discharge is switched in "OPEN" position
- The controller is in a position of minimum pressure (released). Reading on the
pressure gauge 0 bar.
PURGE
• Connect the power plug to 220V workshop. Raise the discharge switch (position
pressure)
• Set the ON / OFF switch to "ON"
• Pull the pressure regulator to release the lock and tighten
gradually to the purge pressure recommended by the
manufacturer (Visualization of the actual pressure on the
gauge circuit of the trap)
• Bleed hose alimentation from air by pressing the release valve till fluid flows.
Note: If the technician does not have the purge pressure recommended by the
manufacturer, do not exceed 1 bar.
• Bleed wheels in the order given by the manufacturer. Use cans of recovery for
brake fluid provided.
Notes: the bleeder maintains a constant pressure and adjusts it when bleed screw
are opened. Do not disconnect the bleeder of the vehicle during the bleed between
each wheel.
(Cans recovery are provided with transparent pipes allowing the visualization of the
fluid flow and therefore the absence of air bubbles in the circuit)
Note: In case of a complete replacement of brake fluid it is recommended to flow approximately 0.25l brake fluid
per wheel.
