6.2 PRIOR TO STARTING UP
6.2.1 PRIOR TO STARTING UP
The rechargeable battery (number 8 in the overview)
must be removed from the device for charging. To
do this, press the release button (number 2 in the
overview) and remove the battery from the polishing
machine. Insert the battery into the charger. Plug
the charger into a socket. The charging indicator
light (number 7 in the overview) will light up red
during the charging process. When the battery is fully
charged, the charging indicator light lights up green.
After charging, unplug the charger from the socket.
To check the charging status of the battery, first set
the speed control (number 3 in the overview) to the
lowest level and set the ON/OFF switch (number 1 in
