PHOTOS 27 - 29. Fit the parts 77, 78 and 79 and glue them together to make up the wheels support. Insert the axle 75 and the
hoops 76 and glue the wheels to the ends. Finally glue the hoops to the axle to centre the assembly and make sure that the
wheels turn freely. Attach the assembly just using two screws 81 (do not glue it to the chassis) in case you want to remove it
one day to motorise the model.
PHOTO 30. With the pins A, nail and glue in pieces 82 and 83 to form the cowcatchers. Glue the crossbars 84 at equal
distances from one another.
PHOTO 31. Nail and glue the cowcatchers to the protruding pieces of the lower beams of the chassis. Insert and glue the
crossbars 85 to the front of the bumper 86. Glue the assembly to the lower section of the access cabins. Insert the stops 87 into
the hole of the bumper and nail them to the bottom of the passenger cabin, using a pin A. To one side of the front, glue the
hooks 88.
PHOTOS 32 and 33. Use pieces 89 and 90 to form the stairs. Form the steps with the strips 91. Nail and glue in the supports 93
to the safety fenders 92. Put the stairs into their corresponding position and the safety fenders in the fronts, behind the bumpers.
PHOTOS 34 and 35. Insert pieces 94 into ø 1-mm holes (with approximately 2 mm between them) that you have made in piece
95, to form the trolley support base. Between these pieces insert the lower part of the trolley 96. Sharpen the trolley rod 97 and
curve it slightly. Place the trolley wheel 98 on the sharpened end, and make a ø 1-mm hole in the other end and glue it to piece
96. Insert the springs 99 by making ø 1.5-mm holes in the roof of the tram, at a 45º angle. Glue the trolley to the centre of the
upper roof and insert the ends of the springs into the corresponding pivot. Place the headlights 100 on top of the roof on the
right-hand side of the fronts.
PHOTOS 36 - 38. Frame the advertisement boards 101 using strips 102 and 103. Glue the supports 104 to the rear. Cut out
and glue the advertisements 105 to the boards. Place the whole assembly on top of the roof on both sides. Cut out the line
plaque signs 108 and glue them to the boards 106. Glue the supports 107 to the other side of them. Place the assemblies on
the roof at the front of the vehicle, just to the left of the headlights. Glue the cabin access signs 110 to the boards 109. Place the
assemblies behind the bars 50, at the height of the centre of their curve. Finally, cut out the tram numbers 111 and glue them to
the sides and fronts of the tram.
