1. Remove the drafthood, if present. The standard
indoor jacket top and the standard indoor flue
collector will be used.
2. Mount the adapter assembly over the flue collar,
using the fasteners provided.
3. Locate the plenum assembly to the jacket top,
using the silicone sealant and screws provided.
Use a #28 drill (.1405") to drill the eight (8) holes
needed for the mounting screws. The assembly will
be positioned towards the rear of the heater. Note
that the main housing is centered on the flue collar
of the unit. The discharge collar is offset from that.
See table C for dimensions. Once the screw holes
have been drilled, run a bead of silicone sealant
around the perimeter of the joint and screw the
housing into place.
