Create an account
Visit cranesimplifi.com/synqregister
at the operator level.
Download the Simplifi™ mobile app
Search the iPhone App Store for the Simplifi™ mobile app and download it to your mobile
device.
Assign the CPI Synq™ device
Each CPI Synq device must be registered via the Simplifi mobile app, which requires internet
access to complete the registration process.
1. Connect the CPI Synq device via MDB to a power source, and open the Simplifi
mobile app.
2. On the POS list, locate the device labeled "Unknown POS."
3. Press the + icon next to "Unknown POS" and name the CPI Synq device to help
identify it later. For example, "Second Floor Snack Machine."
4. Once the CPI Synq device is named, the registration process is complete. It is ready
to be installed into a vendor.
The CPI Synq device will now appear in your list of devices when you are within an
approximately 25m (100-foot) broadcast range of the CPI Synq device.
If you ever need to unregister a device, press and hold the button on the side of the CPI
Synq device to activate Discovery Mode. Discovery Mode allows you to reassign the CPI
Synq device. If you do not reassign it, the CPI Synq device reverts to current state.
