3. Fitness Tracking
You can start, pause, and end a workout on your Band. You can also view
the workout statistics on both your Band and the Health app or Huawei Health
app (after syncing).
Your Band will monitor your heart rate throughout the day if you enable fitness
tracking mode. Disable fitness tracking after finishing a workout. For more detailed
information, refer to the Health app or Huawei Health app.
4. Heart Rate Monitoring
On the heart rate monitoring screen, touch
monitoring. Touch again to exit the continuous heart rate monitoring.
During continuous heart rate monitoring, your Band will display your heart rate
status at the intervals set in the Health app or Huawei Health app.
The accuracy of heart rate data is affected by a number of factors such as how
tightly you are wearing your Band, your body temperature, and also the ambient
temperature. Heart rate data cannot be used for medical purposes.
You can set a maximum heart rate and check the detailed statistics for each heart rate interval in Health or Huawei
Health.

5. Notifications
Incoming calls
Your Band will vibrate when there is an incoming call.
To stop your band from vibrating, touch the screen.
To reject the call, swipe up on the screen.
If you enable Do not disturb in Health or Huawei Health, your Band will not notify
you when there is an incoming call.
