Cooling water connection
Requirements
▪ Air/water heat exchanger is mounted and without voltage.
Required tools and materials
▪ Assembly tool,
▪ Threaded hose fitting (accessory kit ᴓ12 mm), hose clamps, thread sealing material
Procedure
▪
Threaded hose fittings (4) on the openings for water outlet (2) and water inlet (1) must be mounted in a
properly sealed manner.
▪
Ensure that the correct flow direction has been observed, see information signs (5).
▪
Cooling water hoses must be braced.
Alternative connections, e.g. finished brass plug-in systems, are also possible.
▪
Attach pressure-resistant, elastic hoses (>10bar) and secure with hose clamps.
▪
Finally check all connections for leaks.
Cooling water connection is mounted.
Regularly check the water circuit and protect it from contamination and overpressure, see
